Madhuri Dixit, one of the greatest female actors India has ever seen, has always been famous for her dance moves. Currently, judging a popular dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhla Ja' on Colors, an Indian entertainment channel; take a look at the 'Dhak Dhak' girl's best dance numbers till date.
Ek Do Teen (1988)
This 'Tezab' song changed the world of Madhuri, making her a superstar overnight. It's been 25 years, but the song continues to mesmerize music buffs. This chartbuster, choreographed by Saroj Khan, is sensational.
Humko Aaj Kal (1990)
This 'Sailab' song composed by Bappi Lahiri had Madhuri in one of her hottest avatars. At her sexiest best, it also shows her flair and composure as a dancer.
Tamma Tamma (1990)
Madhuri's high energetic moves in 'Tamma Tamma,' another Bappi Lahiri composition, made the song special. In this song from the movie "Thanedaar," along with Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri coordinated with chairs and made everyone stand up to admire her skills.
Dhak Dhak (1992)
Madhuri became the 'Dhak Dhak' girl after this sensuous number from the movie "'Beta." This iconic Saroj Khan choreography re-established Madhuri's position as arguably the sexiest diva on Indian screen during that period.
Choli ke Peeche (1993)
Madhuri's bust-line was probably what people were most curious about and this song and her moves were tailor made to answer the curiosity. Veteran lyricist Anand Bakshi was both appreciated and criticized for the lyrics of this 'Khalnayak' song. However, Madhuri stunned everyone with her sensuality once more.
Channe ke Khet (1994)
Madhuri's first encounter with Bollywood icon, Shah Rukh Khan, was celebrated with this 'Anjaam' song. Her agile footwork and playful expressions made this really special.
Didi Tera (1994)
Sooraj Barjatiya directed this celebration saga, 'Hum Aapke Hain Kaun...!' and the song was sensational because of its dramatic effect on people. One of the most popular wedding songs had Madhuri at her flirtatious best.
Mera Piya Ghar (1995)
The movie 'Yaarana' did not have much to offer with the glorious exception of this dance number. David Dhawan directed this film as Madhuri stole show with this rhythmic number.
Que Sera Sera (2000)
Prabhu Deva, probably the best break-dancer India has ever produced, choreographed and co-performed this 'Pukar' song along with Madhuri. Madhuri, famous for her Indian Classical style of dancing until then, stunned the world with her flair for Westernized choreography.
Dola Re (2002)
Sanjay Leela Bhansali's epic, 'Devdas', saw Madhuri dance with none other than Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Saroj Khan received the National Award for her choreography. Madhuri was at her best again.
Aaja Nachle (2007)
Vaibhavi Merchant choreographed Madhuri in her comeback to silver screen after five years. The film was based on dance and Madhuri did not dissapoint.
Ghaaghra (2013)
Madhuri Dixit, now 45, danced with the youth heartthrob, Ranbir Kapoor, in the latest Bollywood blockbuster, 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'. Farah Khan choreographed this item number and Madhuri proved that she is far from a faded glory.
