Madhuri Dixit gets tech-savy, launches app for fans
After the launch of her web portal, legendary Indian actor Madhuri Dixit has gone more tech savvy. The Bollywood's dancing diva has taken up step to get closer to her fans through a mobile application.
Actress Madhuri Dixit-Nene, who is currently prepping for her big screen outing, seems to have her finger on the pulse as far as technology is concerned. She is easily more tech-savvy than most of her peers. The diva, who is known to be keeping in touch with her fans over Twitter and webpage has even launched an application that will enable fans to have an easy access to her exclusive content.
In fact, Madhuri has become the first Bollywood star to have a personal app, that complements her web page. Talking about the app, Madhuri says, "People carry a phone with them all the time so an app is a wonderful device to stay connected with fans in their time and space."
The actress — who will be seen in Gulab Gang and Dedh Ishqiya next year after almost a five-year gap since she was last seen on the big screen in Aaja Nachle — informs that the app will provide to her fans, access to her pictures, videos and exclusive content on beauty, fashion and dance at their fingertips.
