Anil said, “It is a great feeling to perform live and collaborate with my favourite co-actor after years. Madhuri is not only the best actor but also the most wonderful human being I have worked with.”
While Madhuri stated about her Tezaab co-star, `Anil is a very hardworking and talented actor and still looks the way he did when we worked together in Parinda!` Phew! even after over two decades Anil still looks the same!

The event was Color's Golden Petal Award 2012 to felicitate characters from their shows saw many Bollywood stars and Celebrities. Anil Kapoor and Salman Khan had the T.V.Serial girls going crazy with their presence. Raveena Tandon Thadani, Kirron Kher, Malaika Arora Khan, and Farah Khan were present too.
Madhuri Dixit Nene made a late entry and sat with her Ex Co-Star Anil Kapoor and shared few jokes. Both Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit went on the stage for performance and danced to the tune of 'My name is Lakhan' from the yesteryear's classic 'Ram Lakhan' which had them both playing the lead.
On the stage, Anil Kapoor said "I have worked with lots and lots of Actresses but i still find Madhuri Dixit to be the best." Salman Khan who was sitting in the front row along with Malaika Arora Khan also agreed to Anil's comments.
Madhuri Dixit received the trophy of Golden Petal Awards for her show 'Jhalak Dikhla Ja' and Bigg Boss won the trophy for the best reality show. As soon as the host announced Bigg Boss as the best show on Colors, 'Spare Me' girl Pooja Misrra was seen cheering.
